What the eff?

Why is it that once children hit the age of two, THEY. SPEAK. LIKE. THIS? What is it about being that age that makes you think everyone else is deaf and you need to shake the earth? I get that you have a big personality, Rubie, but seriously, shhh. - I have a headache.
