She doesn't look fifteen, but she almost has that look in her eyes, you know the look of "I know what's best for me" I don't need no stinkin rules, that look that Bubblenose had at twelve or thirteen. Luckily Bubblenose's daddy had help with "That look" it was called "older sister" Bup whipped Bubblenose into shape for Daddy, isn't she wonderful??? Love the pix, love Daddy

you have given me so many nick names in my life that you don't even realize that I am Bup AND Bubblenose. No baby book, but LOTS of nick names. sheesh.

How many times do I have to tell you, I gave your mother twenty bucks and sent her to the store for your baby book, I don't know what happened, that part of my past is a little fuzzy??? Jenny Benny was Daddy's little pumpkin and Buppy, which got shortened to Bup, you Julie Rose got Twinkle Toes, panty hose, picks her nose, [Bup gave you those last two], and Bubble Nose, hope this clears things up for you. Love Daddy

Seriously, dad, I'm not lying - MY nickname was Bup, not Jennifer.

I called puppies, buppies.

Ummmm, dad, while I won't argue about being the sweet one, that is obvious, Julie was bup and I was boog, which evolved from shoog, which was sugar. Julie's dolly was Gertrude Stinkweed. Remember that?

Julie? Whose Julie? My memory from that decade is a little fuzzy. I don't recall any Julie??????? Love Daddy
p.s. I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

FYI you are right, shug was short for sugar, but you are wrong also, boog was not connected to sugar, boog was short for daddys little booger, hope this clears things up for you sweetness. Sorry for the mixup on Bubblenoses other loving nicknames, I thought it was JennyBenny who had trouble pronouncing simple words like puppy and spaghetti, but it must have run in the whole dang family, my apology. Love Daddy

Isn't it sweet that we have these nice little chats here on Bubblenose's blog every soo often? It sort of cleanses ones sole, if you know what I mean. Love Daddy.

Every time you have one of these "times when you are mistaken," I take off a few months - you will be in that home soon enough (the ones that smells like pee).

Why is it that every time a baby book gets mentioned putting me in a old peoples home that smells like pee is next??? Your mom still has the twenty bucks for that crumby baby book, talk to her Twinkle toes. Love Daddy.
