Lately, Rubie has not been wanting to go to bed (and by "not been wanting" I mean - kicking and screaming). We figured out that she had a nightmare about the trash man (we heard the nightmare, and she kept saying "trashman"). It has been several days now, and she won't go to bed at night or take a nap without a tantrum. I'm open to suggestions. Help, please. Here are some pictures from today...
Here she is playing patty cake with her dad...

trash men scare me, too.
Great pictures! Mason used to be afraid that there were monsters in his closet...so we got ourselves some "monster spray" (really just water in a spray bottle) .. before bed we would spray for monsters and it seems to help him go to bed easier since the "monster spray" took care of the monsters!!
Maybe a trash guy spray is in order??
Rory was having nightmares too for a while :( Only thing I've ever heard of using for nightmares is dream catchers as they are "supposed" to catch the bad dreams. I don't think that would help with getting her to bed though :( poor Rubie
