More Ballet

I had some complaints about the last post. Apparently, I didn't have any pictures of the entire outfit. So, take two - with a different outfit...

I love the panties sticking out the sides...

Ballet Class

Today was Rubie's first day of ballet class. I didn't expect to get any pictures of her in class (most dance classes are pretty strict about things like that), so I took lots before hand. She has been so excited about turning 3 because then she can start dance class...

We went to dinner at Del Taco before class...

Notice that she is eating her burrito from the wrong end...

Hair

You have to be careful when asking Rubie to smile. Sometimes you get this...

I am excited to say that Rubie's hair is finally growing down instead of out - I didn't know how much bigger it could get...

Great Grandma Pat

For Christmas, Rubie's great grandma Pat made her this adorable doll. We all love it, thank you Gram...

Here is the tag on the inside...

Who Painted the Sky?

That is what Rubie asked on the way to the Olive Garden (thanks for the gift card, Dad and Myra).

Here she is putting "lipstick" on me (I am so lucky)...

Oh, and by the way, Rubie loved the Olive Garden. She asked if we can go there next time, I guess her dinner of olives, bread, and that little chocolate mint were amazing (that's all she ate).

Wii Fit

Ramon got me a Wii Fit for Christmas. We all love using it. Unfortunately, Rubie isn't quiet old enough to grasp the concept yet, so Ramon made her a Wii board of her very own. She loves to stand next to us and play along...

Birthday Party

The fact that Rubie's 3rd birthday party was uneventful was good considering last year's trip to the ER to get Ramon's ear stitched up (jumper incident). She had a rocky start (just woke up), and decided to seek the comfort of uncle Joe...

After a while, the girls decided to put on a fashion show for us with the help of Kelly...

I love that Reese was so excited about "wining them up" - who cares if it was in the busiest walkway in my house...

The saddest part of the day, saying goodbye to the jumper...

Don't feel too bad, she is already planning next year's party.
